I ordered a phone pouch and, totally on me, picked the wrong size. I’m usually a little cautious with returns because I don’t like getting stuck with something that doesn’t fit or dealing with a bunch of fine print, but I emailed them and they got back to me quickly. No weird back-and-forth, no long forms, just a simple return process.
A little later, I had a minor issue with another item and ended up using the warranty. They just asked for a photo and my order info, looked it over, and then sent out a replacement. It felt fair and straightforward, which I appreciated.
Overall, it was a smooth experience. Things can go wrong with online orders, so I always feel better when a company actually stands behind what they sell. They handled both situations without turning it into a hassle.

To be fair, the site is easy enough to look at and I didn’t have any trouble using it. It just feels a bit dated design-wise, and the overall experience isn’t as smooth or polished as I’d expect...

It works fine and the quality seems to match the price, so I’d say it’s fair value even if it isn’t exactly cheap. I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical at first because I’ve been burned by products that look good but don’t hold up, so my trust wasn’t all there right away. So far though, it’s been doing the job.

I bought this thinking it would feel a bit more solid for the price, it’s just okay. The materials aren’t bad and it does what I need it to do, but I personally expected it to feel sturdier. It’s decent enough, just not something I’m super impressed with

I picked up a couple of items from Shield Your Body for my desk setup and phone, and overall, I’ve had a good experience. I didn’t run any technical tests or use specialized meters, so I can’t make any big scientific claims, but I do seem to feel less headachy after long days at work, which is definitely a plus. Setup was straightforward and didn’t take much effort. The only reason I’m not giving it a full 5 stars is the price — it’s a bit on the higher side. That said, I’m happy with the purchase and feel like it’s been worthwhile

It works okay overall, and it can be comfortable at times, but it gets a bit annoying for daily use. I wanted to love it more!!

I thought this would be a quick setup based on the way they described it, but it ended up taking way longer than expected. The instructions were kind of vague, and there were a lot of those promises like “easy install” without much actual help when you get stuck. Once it’s finally up and running, it’s fine to use, but getting to that point was annoying. Not terrible, just more frustrating than it needed to be.

It showed up quicker than I thought it would, and everything was fine with the order. Simple, useful, and no hassle at all.
